@HIExpress yeah just do ur research. Just stayed at a Holiday Inn express just outside of Pittsburgh worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the last 35 years. Dirty lobby, pool area pics on website from 20yrs ago pool was very nasty. Carpet in hallways gross. (Pittsburgh harmarville)

@HIExpress Hi folks! Please fix your website forms! Reserving at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chatsworth, I put in my earthlink.net email address. Your form said it wasn't a "real" email address. I tried 2 more of my earthlink.net addresses. All were refused.

It’s disappointing to book a 2 night stay now for June and have to pay an extra $20.00 incase of cancellation. Instead of booking at the lower rate without taking my money now. @HIExpress

@HIExpress Holiday Inn Express, an @IHGCorporate hotel is essentially the Spirit Airlines of the hotel Industry. Complete garbage! Just had them cancel my reward stay the morning of my arrival! Customer Service is useless. Hotel Manager is incompetent. @IHGOneRewards @HolidayInn

@HIExpress I'm currently at your Downtown Atlanta location and being told that even though there's clean rooms available for my 4 day corporate reservation, "upper management" has disallowed early check in, even for a fee. Customer care won't do anything. 3rd letdown this year.

@HIExpress So, IHG Officially Sucks, No Humans, Just AI Bullshit. I am an IHGOne Loyalty Member. Just booked a Holiday Inn Express 10 Miles from my house because my 91 year-old Mother broke her hip yesterday, and is having surgery today. So, booked the room, not as a holiday, but as respite for my overnight hospital family members keeping vigil. I tried ti contact IHG and Holiday Inn Express and they are unavailable. They OFFICIALLY SUCK!

@HIExpress staying in HIE Ridgecrest. They currently can’t check anyone in or issue room keys due to an issue with internet/websites. Absolutely ridiculous. Receptionist having to let me in my room everytime I go out of it

Made reservations for a work trip 3 weeks ago. I’m 30 min away from the hotel when @HIExpress calls me to tell me they only have one night available of my 3 night stay. They overbooked hotel. So I had to scramble to find another hotel. ?!?!

@HIExpress was super disappointed when our alarm clock went off at 2 in the morning last night before we had to drive 7 hours home. I even checked it before bed and it showed no indication of an alarm being set, super frustrated and ruined our entire night

An @HIExpress member since 2015 & always stay at a Holiday Inn Express while on the road traveling. I recently made a mistake & booked a non-cancelation reservation. Noticing this within 6 months of the stay, I requested a cancelation & a refund. Your hotel refused, unacceptable!
