@HIExpress This is wild to me. How can charge for parking? Especially, at a hotel where there is literally no where else you can park in the area this hotel is in. Money grabbers.

@HIExpress Had a 2-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurugram. The property itself is good, but the service definitely has room for improvement. Despite asking the front desk for a full set of utilities (towels, toilet kits, cups, refreshments) for 2 adults, it was never fully provided

@HIExpress @HolidayInn decided to close the pool for ‘cleaning’ for entire weekend while my son’s baseball team was in Charlotte for tournament. I can assume they don’t want this business next tournament.

@HIExpress I stayed in 2 other Holiday Inn’s this past week as well, in SC and Virginia. Both were excellent. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, felt safe. This one was run-down, and just poorly maintained.

You know @HolidayInn @HIExpress I really liked your hotels on this trip, 3 different locations. first two were great. This one? awful. The lights around the bed flicker and look crazy. Window is fogged and can’t see out. Bed sheets were damp. Toilet doesn’t flush fully.

Hey @HIExpress not fun when my wife and kids get to their room that hasn’t been cleaned at all are told housekeeping went home for the day! Great start to their trip.

Make sure when you travel, you book your accommodations well in advanced. Or you may be forced to book a @HIExpress and have two towels available and zero hot water for 3 days. You may even inform them this on Day 1 and it never gets rectified.

Oh my! Dentists need to prepare: this well-tanned product is what was being served at my DH’s hotel this am instead of bacon. He tried to feed back to help, but the mgr was ‘unhelpful’, & one can only complain with an account number! Thanks, @HIExpress, he might turn veggie now!

@InterConHotels major letdown at HI Express tonight in Roanoke, Va. Even after going to front desk for assistance , WiFi would not accept room # and last name to connect. Not a phone issue as worked over at the Spark across the street a couple of days ago. Failed on all devices

@HIExpress please explain why I cannot sit in the lobby of the hotel in Morton Illinois past 10:00. And then when the lady working the front desk comes and asks us what room we are staying in. Then she made it so our keys don’t work to our rooms.

This Holiday Inn & Suites in Carmel Indiana is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. @HIExpress - Front desk attendant missing at 12:30 am for 20 minutes. Found her asleep in the back office. No apology. Confrontational saying she “was just there we can check security tapes” - Elevators don’t work; had to carry to floor 3 - Room moist and smells like urine - Sheets stained - Electrical fixtures loose - Wouldn’t cancel night 1 without 5 days notice. 0/5 stars. Absolute worst place ever. Other patrons claim the manager walks around in his pajamas because he lives in one of the rooms. 15131 Thatcher Ln Carmel, IN 46033

@HIExpress I need help asap, and unlike your customer service, I need your help. My nephew got married and drove from Tennessee to Hilton Head after booking your hotel on Tanglewood Dr. Now they are being turned away because they are not 21. Honeymoon, turned away, that’s not cool. $700 rudely told by your staff they couldn’t stay there. Second IHG screw up for this family in two weeks.

So, someone on the staff at the @HIExpress in Alton, Ill took my camera lenses out of my room. Went to the desk to report it and got some non chalant responses, no questions, jus asked for time i left the room and returned. No sense of urgency, nothing. Jus “My GM looking at it”
