Started The Wire from scratch again last night. Managed three episodes in one sitting
I still say that pound for pound it’s the greatest drama series of all time, just edging out Breaking Bad and The Sopranos

@Ladym0narc @Wambulogy I am ok with up to 49% or civilization ceasing to exist when it is their choice. Populations have more than doubled in my lifetime. Less strain on the systems, resources and livelihoods of those remaining will be better - or the same. No net negatives.

Being the population has more than doubled in my life time, endless growth is impossible. Losing up to 49% of people would not hinder long term survival.

Not only was The Simpsons episode "Stark Raving Dad" removed from streaming but reprints of the season 3 DVD also omit the episode. Disney's stance is that no one should be allowed to see that episode.
