@vrexec Calling a starter home the “worst decision” ignores leverage. 5–10% down controls a real asset that historically grows ~3–4% annually, while rents often rise faster. Leverage + inflation = why real estate works long term.

Never buy a home unless you think you’ll never leave it. For example, buying a so-called “starter home” in your 20s is the worst financial decision you can make as it relates to shelter. Keep renting and keep most of your liquid capital in the S&P500 or QQQ until you’ve found the forever house.

@outplus_FPS @TycoonRazzi @petrovicsrb 5ms delay is not better than the .5-1ms standard of a 27" monitor. QLED local dimming and edge lighting is cheap and makes colors look like shit. A 27" with an IPS panel, <1ms, 220hz is 20% of the cost of a gaming TV. There is no good 65"+ gaming TV.
