Ferrari are introducing couple of ingenious designs/prototypes. Not going to talk about the rotary rear wing, but rather this jockey wing, as it being verticals to the air flow coming from the exhaust or even bodywork, it will not generate any downforce rather it creates a bit of drag, but in f1 you give a little to gain more, so this jockey wing works in conjunction with the diffuser which will help extracting more from the through of the diffuser and will generate more downforce thus helping being faster in the corners.

On ne peut pas concevoir une voiture et espérer des victoires virtuelles uniquement grâce à un bon départ. Cela ne fonctionnera probablement qu'à Monaco et à Singapour. De plus, toutes les voitures avec un gros turbo auront un régime moteur plus élevé au départ, c'est tout. Je pense qu'après deux Grands Prix, cet avantage sera quasiment nul.
