Coming up on 5 years since the launch of F3 Portland — remembering back to this time is educational.
I'm thankful for every moment I've had between then and now. And I look more hopeful to the future for all that has been accomplished.

Leg 21 BRR — about 1230 around mile 5 I hit a wall.
Fortunately I ended up beside an @F3Nation brother offering encouragement in the darkness as we made our way up the final ascent yelling “we’re at the top angus!”
The rest was downhill. One of the best moments of the trip.

Just finished my first #BRR Here are my thoughts:
-I joined a team of F3 studs, last minute
-I did very little "running" or "hill" training prior but rucked and was consistent at F3 beatdowns
-I got some "easy to moderate" legs
-It's mostly mental, grit it out
-Run and have fun
