3 men of F3 Randolph saved an F3 brother’s life right after a workout. He coded 3 times and was later found to have 100% arterial blockage. Each received a certificate signed by the Gov. NC flag flown over the Capitol. Grateful for these true heroes. 💙 @F3Nation @F3Greensboro
