We get pretty excited about the holidays at F3. More than 20 brightly lit, cheerful chaps joined in the 2023 Run with the Lights today! We lit up the gloom, sang carols, and wished every person in five square miles a Merry Christmas!

It’s Respect Week at The Depot when we honor our 50+ year old guys! We finished our Beat Down with holding a plank, bear crawling to a dish of Werthers and grabbing one while sharing what we are thankful for about being older! 👊
