This was the main event for Smackdown after WrestleMania last year. 5 star classic. Now these guys are released or aren’t being booked for the show. You can’t expect the show to be good when you won’t even book good wrestlers. SmackDown is in terrible state , might be worse than 2019.

@JobberNationTV TKO would have given Triple H a salary number to pick to cut, and he probably chose which ones make the most sense. Thats the most involvement I can see, anything else and it’s even less for Hunter.

Yes Im sure Triple H decided to fire Kairi Sane even though shes in tbe middle of a storyline thats been consistently on TV for the past year Im also sure he decided to fire Black/Vega who were booked to beat the #1 contender for the World Title a month ago & has been booked weekly Yall know how asinine yall sound?? I honestly think in today's WWE, HOF'ers like Kurt Angle & Batista would be cut early in their careers for not fitting a certain mold. Lita too.

@Razhazevil5 wdym isn’t innocent. this happens in every job. people get let go, and the amount of people who get let go is dependent on how many the company wants to cut. tko r greedy so they asked H to cut some people to make up X amount of $ and he did.

I am no business expert but from the outside looking in it looks like -TKO gives Triple H/WWE a quota $ amount to hit for releases -Then Triple H and co decided who they're gonna cut to reach that number All i know is Triple H isn't innocent when it comes to these releases.

I mean I hate to be that guy but… not a single one of those wrestlers released today will be missed in WWE television. None were must see, none were adding to the current product. Can we blame creative? For some, sure(Black/Vega & Kairi) But the rest - bland. #Smackdown

@WrestlingHumble I agree with you mostly but wwe did clearly value them. They held the tag titles for ages and also had the big win at summerslam. They didn’t know how to book them, but they did give them a few chances. The MFTs were also in a long ass feud and they’re a great midcard faction

Wyatt Sicks is an interesting case because it wasn’t an easy task to book them on the program, but at the same time the company didn’t show any signs they were serious about giving them a chance to do something. The group got completely taken off TV because Bo wasn’t available. Uncle Howdy didn’t have his first match for months, and when he finally did wrestle, he lost to Karrion Kross. After a while, they didn’t really feel like a threat to anyone. They should have just made them a strictly plunder matches faction. That would have been cool.

@WrestleFeatures glad people are realising this is tko and not triple h. he carried the second half of the 2010s in wrestling with NXT, and more often than not cooks with the WWE since taking over.

McAfee proceeds to drop out, rendering his involvement a complete waste of time. We also have Jelly Roll outright stating that he and Pat shouldn't have been involved.
