The fact that you think we envy your higher education is laughable. Mere projection. You strike me as a measures of performance/measures of effectiveness type. Your only measure of performance is more talking, your only measure of effectiveness is more defeat. You taught at the height of GWOT to senior military leaders. You are, by definition, a loser. Don’t worry, I am too. Because I had to suffer under those you educated. The difference between you and I, is I can admit it. I at least tried to fix it on the ground through the barrel of my M4. You joke about the “spirit of victory”. Is it not the job of a war college (and all other PME) to inculcate a warrior ethos? It is. And you must. But you can’t. Because you have no earthly idea what it means. You can see the ethos in others. You can talk about it. You can never possess it. I don’t write on here for you. You’re already lost. I write here for the countless others watching. So they can stand up to your type. A type that still teaches in our institutions (for now). I, and others, look forward to the crashout you and your “friends” have when the institutions you once tainted get their long overdue renovations. You will never possess the 10th flame. That spirit that brings it all together as T. E. Lawrence described. And you will never possess it because you’ve removed spirit from everything. Broken every aspect of war down to its cold and clinical parts. Killing the sense of wonder that drives true genius. Distilling things down is important, but you don’t let the student put it back together with the intangible adhesive they possess and you do not. You kill it out of envy. You are the type of “expert” Clarence Thomas recently warned us all about. It’s all good though. Because the only thing you’re an expert at now is weeping your estrogen infused jealousy onto the vitriolic pages of the Atlantic. I’m just here to keep pointing it out.
Tom Nichols@RadioFreeTom

And with education in general. Status envy and insecurity makes people cranky and irrational.

@Tilusbitch @ValliantRenegad @marceelias All Dec of Emer does is stop early US House primary voting 2-9 May and the 16 May primary (and the runoff if no one gets 51%). The U.S. House primaries will be once the La Legis decides where all 6 Dist will be. Fastest way is use the 2022 districts. No other races affected.

@F86F25NA @ValliantRenegad @marceelias I never said it limits it but scotus didn't rule that this map was an emergency. If it was a real stage or emergency every single election. That day would come to a halt. Is it an emergency to stop people of color from voting ?

How is this being treated as normal? A Republican governor is declaring a state of emergency to cancel an ongoing election for Congress. If you think this is ends with redistricting, you are not paying attention.

@Tilusbitch @ValliantRenegad @marceelias The Exec Order is co-signed by the La Sec St and cites all the state law authorities for suspending the closed state party primaries for just the U.S. House. Nothing limits Emergencies to only storms.

@Tilusbitch @ValliantRenegad @marceelias The 4 La Constit Ads and the U.S. Senate races are state-wide so Callais has no effect on them. La judge races not affected. That’s why he’s only CNX the U.S. House primaries. No point in holding a primary for House districts which must change.

@KurtSchlichter No, even the mullahs and their IRGC tools are still people. So were the likes of Mao and Pol Pot, and, yes, even Hitler. Nonetheless, when we kill any of them, proper procedures must be followed - - which have done and are doing.

Mamdani's explanation for vetoing the bill calling for protesters to stay more than a certain distance from NYC schools makes no political or contextual sense. Why do "pro-Palestinian" or anti-ICE protesters need to be right up in front of schoolchildren? What significant voting bloc supports such a tactic? Mamdani isn't here to lead NYC, he's here to terrorize & destroy it... & he's likely being paid to do so.

@gtors1 @gabriella_roux @RogerPielkeJr Thx for explanation of what a “swap” is. We allowed the USSR to compete in the 1980 Olympics. So allowing the IRGC to send a team here in 2026 is consistent with past practices.

@F86F25NA @gabriella_roux @RogerPielkeJr There is a qualification system to qualify for the World cup. Only hosts are automatically qualified. Of course a host should never be able to decide which nations compete in the biggest tournament of football. Absolutely abysmal suggestion from USA

@CynicalPublius You should be familiar w/studying enemies - what do they think and value? Ruth Benedict, Chrysanthemum and the Rose, declassified 1946 about Japan. NOT defending Gen Milley as to PRC but he was on solid ground in wanting to understand values/goals of possible opponents.

Let's tie some things together. Bear with me for a second. First, consider Data Republican's expose below highlighting the importance of turning a nation's security forces as the essential component of a color revolution. Then consider the DOJ's recent revelation that the Southern Poverty Law Center was funding the marginalized white supremacist groups it claims to oppose, both as a fundraising means from their own donors AND to create a false image of large scale white supremacy threats in the USA. FINALLY, consider the words of former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General (Ret.) Mark Milley, speaking before Congress in 2021: ". . . it is important that we train and we understand, and I want to understand white rage, and I'm white." Connect the dots. Whether by deliberate conspiracy or an unspoken conspiracy between fellow travelers, the SPLC is at the heart of a plot to overthrow the American Experiment. Whatever outrage we all feel is probably insufficient. We have become numb to the nefarious actions of Democrats, but THIS calls for a quadrupling of outrage. We all must do our part to educate, and do not back down when your leftist families and friends pretend this is all MAGA hogwash. Our very lives as Americans depend on it.

🧵 THREAD: The true reason Pete Hegseth is being targeted is because he's standing between President Trump and a coup @PeteHegseth named the institutions... CFR, Brookings, the general class... in 37 seconds in a video by @Liz_Wheeler . Within 72 hours of his nomination, a color revolution planning document cited him as an insider threat. They didn't go after him because of drinking. They didn't go after him because of women. They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't. I have the receipts. Their own documents. Their own training sessions. Their own words on camera. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

@F86F25NA @SecAFOfficial @SecWar @POTUS Oh I know I follow that stuff. The b-52 kinda is a new platform at this point the engines were the last thing that was truly ancient. For CAS though every combat vet I have spoken to wants an A-10, before an Apache, Spectre or any other platform.

In consultation with @SecWar, we will EXTEND the A-10 “Warthog” platform to 2030. This preserves combat power as the Defense Industrial Base works to increase combat aircraft production. Thank you to @POTUS for your unwavering support of our warfighters and quick, decisive leadership as we equip our force. More to come.

@realJeremyCarl @Heminator @ChristKirkDC @CivilRights Back in 2010 or so SCOTUS ruled 8-1 in Phelps that Westboro Baptist protesting on a sidewalk across from a funeral was not int infl of emo distress but 1st free speech. Unless they exceed the dB limit or a content-neutral time/place/manner ord, the church has no case.

It seems very likely to me that, as described, the fundamental Constitutional rights of those worshippers atttending @ChristKirkDC are being violated by these serial harassers. I hope @CivilRights will look into this.
Bradley Haley@bradleyhaley27

This protestor chanted "F*ck MAGA! F*ck ICE!” and “Piss, sh*t, and vomit on The Heritage Foundation/Trump/Project 2025!” This guy is outside of @ChristKirkDC nearly every week, and is obviously paid to threaten and intimidate Christians. Even if he isn't actively assaulting people, he is behaving like an uncivilized barbarian. There is no reason this behavior should be tolerated as "free speech." He has a demonic sounding megaphone that he uses to shout at young families as they walk out of church in Washington D.C. Anyone behaving this way outside of a synagogue or mosque would immediately be crushed by the full force of the law, and immediately condemned by all. Harassing Christians on Sunday morning, however, is apparently okay. Does anyone know who this guy is?

@CynicalPublius 15K paying members ($12/year) are 85% Blue - 15% Red. Local “alliances”/chapters must have a Blue and a Red co-chair but not all can talk Reds into coming. Let’s just say my brief time as a Red Co-chair did not end well. BA’s new CEO (Red) is honest, capable, and means well.

Many you have been following this “Braver Angels” controversy. Data Republican has brilliantly done deep research, you can and should explore that on your own. But after perusing BA’s website and materials myself, I have a far less nuanced view. BA seeks to promote dialogue between the political right and the political left, thinking that doing so is brave, angelic and a path to harmony. My take is that it’s like the sheep wanting to have a dialogue with the wolves. Of course the wolves will agree. Then they eat you. It is, IMO, a delusion to think the left is willing to compromise with the right on ANYTHING. The left wants complete dominion over the right and will settle for nothing less. Now, of course, the BA people will assert that I am a big part of the problem with that attitude. But I say THEY are the problem and they just don’t understand. To support my position, just look at what the left has done to so many sectors of our society: -Academia. -Entertainment. -The mass media. -Social media (pre-Elon). -Law enforcement in blue states. -The courts. -Medicine. -etc. etc. The left NEVER seeks compromise. They only seek absolute dominion. It’s a pipe dream to think otherwise.

🚨🧵 THREAD: Braver Angels says they're bipartisan and just bringing people together. Their own leadership coordinates with an anti-Trump political infrastructure network.🚨 This thread is not about BA's members. Many are sincere, and I thank @wilksopinion and @JohnRWoodJr for communicating with me. This is about the infrastructure steering them: IMIP. On August 18, 2025, Harry Boyte, a former Democratic Socialists of America board member, YES, that DSA announced Maury Giles' new role as Braver Angels CEO on video and their shift in strategy from depolarization to civic action: "David has put together a featured plenary at the National Conference on Citizenship... which will be a launch of a new stage for Braver Angels that some of us have been working on for a while." IMIP is the Inter-Movement Impact Project. It coordinates BA's strategic direction. Its own May 2025 document quotes David Brooks approvingly: "Short term: Stop Trump. Foil his efforts. Pile on the lawsuits." Braver Angels' members are bipartisan. Their leadership is adjacent to anti-Trump infrastructure. This thread has all the receipts. As always, patience as I pull together the thread.👇
