So another case this one? Is this the beginning of your downfall @Safaricom_Care? it may sound as childplay but this will hit you hard at the end of the day I swear. Mimi naye siwaachi even if the DCI is already involved
Tendai@MsMakeri

So my money went missing via @Safaricom_Care and they told me to go to the police on my own time with more added costs. If this isn't a 'GFY' message 💀 I'm so ready to shuka with this company. I'm open for ideas, I see alot of other users are being stolen from as well

I've seen most of you trying to criticise Mercy Masai for her Kajiado County Women Rep bid and I'm so disappointed. Guys , we said Gen Zs should support fellow Gen Zs that's why we came up with the 'Niko Kadi' initiative but I see most of you mukiongozwa na huyo nYOKOnyoko mnatroll our beautiful Moran. Shame on you 😕

.@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care have normalized daylight robbery, and they’re unapologetic about it My mum recently lost KES 511,000 from her Mpesa (withdrawn in Nairobi while she was in London) only for Safaricom, after engagement via her lawyers, to offer KES 90,000 compensation

WHAT WERE THEY WEARING - SURVIVOR STORIES This is a recreation of clothes that survivors of sexual assault and rape wore during the time of their assault. These clothes along with the captions to present the rape survivor stories. Why is this important? There's a question that arises on what were they wearing? Which leads to victim blaming and shaming. By showing you the different outfits, ages, and even gender the aim was to demonstrate the pervasiveness of sexual assault and how many survivors are amongst us. What we wear is not an invitation to violence. The rapists are the cause of rape. This exhibition was part of our Femicide and GBV Forum that was held on Saturday 31st August with the support of Ford and Oxfam. NB: These are real cases that Usikimye has handled. A reminder that our youngest rape victim was 4 days old who died to a 92 year old woman. #Usikimye

@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care We went to your Nyali branch where she was informed investigations had been concluded and was presented with a consent to sign for KES 94,097 and was told if she didn’t sign within 7 days, she’d forfeit her right to claim the sum lost from her account. Has your position changed?

I need @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC to also explain how someone can have both their phone and SIM card in their possession, in another country, yet money is withdrawn from their Mpesa account through agents across Nairobi, Kenya.

Why cling to power when your health is deteriorating? Just go home, rest, take vacations and enjoy the years you have left. You already have Trillions of money, Thousands of acres of stolen land and billions in investments both in Kenya and abroad. At what point does a person say, “I’ve had enough, let me rest.”

Mzee Mutungi Nzioki Ndaisi says that he is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence at Kamiti Medium Prison after being convicted in a defilement case that he claims was fabricated following a disagreement with a local Assistant Chief in Makueni County. According to Mzee Mutungi, he had lived peacefully for decades as a farmer and businessman earning a living by selling sand and building stones from his land to support his family. He says his problems allegedly began after a newly posted Assistant Chief approached him demanding free building stones, a request he declined because it was his source of income. He claims the Assistant Chief became angry after the refusal and later worked together with the mother of a 15-year-old girl from the village to falsely accuse him of defilement. Mzee Mutungi alleges that the girl had already been involved with several young men and had become pregnant but instead of identifying the actual person responsible, blame was allegedly shifted to him. Mzee Mutungi further says that at the time of the alleged incidents, he was already suffering from a serious reproductive health condition and had undergone surgery. He claims doctors had advised him to avoid any intimate relations for a long period as he prepared for another operation. Despite this, he says he was arrested and charged with defilement. According to him, no DNA test was conducted and no medical examination was carried out on him during investigations. He also claims there were no eyewitnesses linking him to the allegations. The case was later heard at Kilungu Law Courts where he says he explained his medical condition, age and the alleged grudge connected to the disagreement over the stones business. However, he was convicted in 2020 and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. His appeal at the High Court in Makueni was later dismissed in 2021. Now serving his sentence at Kamiti Medium Prison, Mzee Mutungi says he has lost his freedom, dignity, family life and the business he spent years building. He maintains that he is innocent and believes he became a victim of revenge and a failed justice system. He says he still hopes that one day his case will be reviewed and the truth established. Can Kenya Judiciary revisit this case and conduct a DNA and if Mzees case was fabricated the Chief should be arrested and prosecuted.

RSVP is French for “Répondez s'il vous plaît” which means “respond, please” and literally means “Respond, if it pleases you”. English uses lot of French phrases verbatim. Some of them are : 1. Faux pas (false step) 2. Quelle surprise (what a surprise) 3. À la carte (by the menu card) 4. Bon appétit (good appetite) 5. Résumé (summary) 6. Fait accompli (thing done / done deal) 7. En route (on the way) 8. déjà vu (I have already seen) 9. Au contraire (on the contrary) 10. Enfant terrible (disruptive child) 11. Touché (valid) 12. Voila (there it is) 13. C'est la vie (that is life) 14. Coup d'état (strikeout of the state) 15. Raison d'être (reason to be) 16. Tour de force (feat of strength) 17. Vis-a-vis (face to face) 18. M’aidez (help me) - distress mayday signal 19. Double entendre (double meaning) 20. laissez-faire (allow to do)
Dear Self.@Dearme2_

I’m sick of pretending, what does RSVP stand for?

once dated a girl with albinism in school, and before her, I only knew albinos from a distance. People always stared at her like she was different, but the closer I got to her, the more I realized she was one of the softest souls I had ever met. Even when I asked her out she thought I was joking because boys don't really like her in school,I mean she wasn't getting the attention like other girls, so it took her time to believe me,and when she finally agreed,I didn't rush into any sexual activity with her so wouldn't feel that's why I came, but nevertheless it later HAPPENED.......👇👇👇

If Kenya Law website refuses to load or is down on your end you can get a good VPN to enable seamless browsing. 1. Your ISP’s peering routes to their servers are probably congested or hitting the same overloaded Kenyan upstream. A good VPN gives you a fresh exit node (especially EU or ZA servers) with cleaner latency and different routing paths. 2. It bypasses any silent ISP shaping or local CDN weirdness. WireGuard protocol + obfuscated servers = near-native speeds even on their flaky infra.Pro tip: Nord/Express/Proton with WireGuard. Flip between 3-4 locations until you find the sweet spot. Often drops load times from 30s+ to sub-5s.
