So my money went missing via @Safaricom_Care and they told me to go to the police on my own time with more added costs. If this isn't a 'GFY' message 💀 I'm so ready to shuka with this company. I'm open for ideas, I see alot of other users are being stolen from as well

The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from some @AIRTEL_KE customer care staff is becoming too much. I recently experienced poor network signal and when I reached out for assistance, the representative was extremely rude and even hung up on me while I was seeking support. Customers should not be mistreated for simply asking for help. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on customer service ethics and professionalism. @AIRTEL_KE Kenya, please take these complaints seriously and address these issues. We deserve respectful and reliable service. I am honestly tired of these recurring experiences.

About an Hour ago a guy mistakenly sent me 32,480 ksh. Immediately I received this money, I took like 5 minutes reflecting any possibility of me receiving such money from anyone but I couldn't see. I finally call back to this guy and he picks the phone...I notify him that the money he has sent to me isn't mine and I immediately transfer it back to him .That man has literally broken down to tears. He has spent like 4 minutes just saying thank you. He has sent me like 5 strong messages of his gratefulness.Just before I hanged up he told me that money he was sending to his brother to take his mom to hospital. Apparently the mother has been ailing.
Have never been thanked like that guy has for me today. My mother taught me that whatever isnt mine I must not take no matter what..Until you start working to make money, you can never understand the pain of making money and it goes on hot air.
