Today, the #FBI added Trung Duc Lu to it's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List. He is #wanted in connection with the August 2014 torture, kidnapping, and murder of two Vietnamese brothers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A New York man has been arrested by the #FBI on federal sexual exploitation charges filed in Ohio. The arrest follows an investigation into a missing Colerain teenager, which revealed prior involvement between the suspect and the minor. Kyle Lawrence told agents he communicated with the minor on Snapchat and traveled to the Cincinnati area twice in January. The search for the missing teenager is ongoing.
