#OTD in 1990, two men dressed as police officers entered the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. After subduing the nighttime security guards, they seized 13 priceless works of art, making it the largest property crime in the world. The #FBI continues its search for the stolen artworks today, and you can help. Take a look at all 13 pieces, and if you have information on their whereabouts, contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit tips to tips.fbi.gov.

Caught after nearly a year on the run. A violent fugitive wanted since spring 2025 has been arrested in central Indiana as part of the FBI’s Operation No Escape. Angel Roman-Hipolito - previously deported after serving a federal prison sentence for drug trafficking - illegally reentered the U.S. and fled from police during a traffic stop. But we didn’t stop looking. He’s now back behind bars. ow.ly/Y4XN50YrvEQ

An Indiana youth minister has been sentenced for child exploitation. Aaron Paul Lockman, 24, of Corydon, was entrusted with supervising young boys and frequently took them on one-on-one outings, including trips to local restaurants. The investigation began in 2024 after the arrest of the then-superintendent of Owensboro Public Schools, KY, for attempting to solicit sexual acts from minors. WhatsApp messages between the two men revealed discussions of sexual interest in children and exchanges of illegal images of child sexual abuse. Full release: ow.ly/wcyQ50Yqom8

Man sentenced to federal prison for targeting and vandalizing a church + lying to federal investigators. He had also expressed a desire for mass violence and even school shootings… but our agents were on top of it potentially saving lives. Thank you @FBIIndianapolis.
