@SumnerSpartans So many stories I can share from this post lol I actually was the one who did not measure flour properly during a final project in Mrs. Sathers class in 2007 😂😂 the result? A huge flour cake in the oven oops lol

This week was all about measuring in Culinary Arts. Did you know that one cup of properly measured flour weighs 120 g but measured improperly could weigh almost 200 g? So for a recipe calling for 3 cups would mean adding 2 EXTRA CUPS!! @SumnerSpartans @SumnerSDCTE

Operate with grace & empathy. Its crazy how the difference in a generation makes. Every parent I talked to thought it's extremely disrespectful to have a camera off during class and their kids don't see it as a big deal. How do we find common ground? Find a solution not a problem
