They are attempting to set the legal precedent that no White person has a right to self defense against blacks as long as it is claimed that they said a word. Which will mean no White person will ever be able to defend themselves from blacks ever again. That is the ramification

The sample size represents MCAT scores across a large population, if at the same MCAT score two people based on race experience a large disparity in acceptance rate and interviews (28x and 6x) then that is a lowered bar. it's simple

You are interpreting me talking about multiple elements of a relatively large set of data. That's not fair.

That's transactional and could be argued in the best interest of the institution. But to allow students in below a standard purely because you want "equity" hurts the school.
