How was Trump pursued “unlawfully”? There is ample evidence of coordination with the Russians, and he tried to overturn the results of an election based on zero evidence. The fact that Garland waited two years to hire Jack Smith destroys the “lawfare” narrative and is the only reason why Trump isn’t in prison right now.
