In 2021 physical cards are priced between 1:20x ~ 1:40x to their PBC counterparts. Fast forward 5 yrs later, gap has closed between 1:2x to 1:4x, easily a 10x to 20x multiples. There are still a lot of undervalued grails awaiting pricing discovery

Digital sports collectible issuers cannot and should not dictate what’s valuable long term. The markets will do that. They also can’t save your stuff that isn’t as valuable as you’d like. It’s up to you to explain why it should be worth more than it is today or present a more positive case about how past strategies were adjusted or what advantages it brings to the table. The thing is compared to cardboard all of this stuff is much more scarce. It will probably not all be valuable, but it could all matter to more people if we don’t immediately tell them only why it sucks. Something to think about as the on fire Panini market invites general conversations about digital collectibles.
