@Rajendr44394710 SC is busy with political & constitutional matters, we are not getting any dates so we are pushing in all directions & trying all the options, out of court settlement is one such option in which we will take leave from SC with a permission to appeal again if anything goes wrong

@Rajendr44394710 Contractors appointed by Unitech board will do construction irrespective of out of court settlement For Quality control, new board of Unitech has already engaged Engineers India Limited & IIT Kharagpur & also allowed associations of each project to monitor the construction

I fully agree to this proposal and extend my support for this settlement. It is the best option of the time and faster way to get our homes, if it comes true !!!! Looking forward
