@CloudfanStrife Yeah since Nojima liked it maybe they intended him to look somewhat sickly at the time but it was also an early trailer and all the characters looked different. Even in the CG renders the appearances kept changing slightly since Sephiroth had his Dissidia pauldron at one point.

I find it interesting how the ff7 fandom think the PS3 Cloud Strife look is intentional cause ‘it makes him look sickly’ While I don’t think that was even the intention of the showcase? it was just the limitations of hardware / build at the time Was it ever stated the sickly design was canon? Because in my opinion there was NO way the final design of their Final Fantasy mascot posterboy would be an UGLY Cloud Strife 😂
