There's an obvious link between pedestrian deaths and vehicle size. It's interesting that so many consumers run cover for the auto industry. I wonder if it's the human nature tendency to avoid guilt.

Councillor Click-bait aka Brad Bradford knows very well what bike lanes all over the city look like after a snowfall. This guy was put in office by the votes of cyclists he now spurs vitriol against. A caracature of his former self. A perfect symbol of modern day politics.

Last night, Toronto Police blitzed working delivery cyclists, ticketing them for parking on the road AND on the sidewalk. 2 hours later one of the ticketed cyclists captured a pic of officers on a Timmies run while parked in a bike lane. No tickets.

Having a transportation system that results in violent death is not normal. It is a policy failure. It is all 100% preventable. The members of FFSS are battered, we are bruised, we are broken, we are bone-deep exhausted, and we will NEVER stop fighting until this violence ends.
