🚨 AN ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 The 2023 season has been like no other at FootballDiehards.com. Emil Kadlec, our publisher and the president of Fantasy Sports Publications, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer as the season began. He’s been undergoing chemotherapy throughout the season. Emil plays an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the site and in delivering our content each week. That he's been able to get through the full fantasy season has been remarkable. It’s also been taxing. So now, he'll be standing down. Emil will be taking 2024 off to focus on his treatment and health. With that, FootballDiehards.com will be suspending operations indefinitely. From the publication of the first Fantasy Football Pro Forecast magazine, through the addition of three other titles, the FootballDiehards.com website and an array of innovations that helped change the trajectory of the fantasy football industry, Emil has been an innovator in this space. He’s put an emphasis on serving the customer and audience over himself since 1990. This was not an easy decision. It is necessary.
