@DynastyIsland Someone’s falling for SF propaganda hard. Love has end of first/start of second adp, only Allen and maye go higher than him for qbs. You can get productive qbs way deeper in drafts, you’re significantly over valuing them

@BOATcommishFF Bullshit. Lol. I took over an orphan in 2021. Tanked in 2022. Made by far the most trades. It’s also devy. I have a good devy roster. Why should I be penalized because I put in the most work? Going for the 3 peat.

This isn’t for everyone or every league. But ignoring this conversation is how leagues die when one team takes over. Talk about it now before it becomes a problem. What’s your league doing? Reset rules or letting it ride? 🤔

As someone who hires people in my role the lack of qualified candidates in the workforce is astounding. Even the ones that are qualified so many don’t actually want to put in the work. Really sad what is happening out here.

I'm aware this post comes off a bit brash and arrogant. It's also my honest, unmitigated thoughts. I truly believe Makai Lemon is several tiers above KC Concepcion as a WR prospect. I also believe the NFL Draft community is severely lacking insightful and engaging discourse [Incoming Rant] Over the top, caricature-centric talk shows we were force-fed for a decade never really gave fans any real, insightful football discussions. But now, it seems like the pendulum has swung way too far in the other direction. It feels like modern football podcasts and online accounts often give analysts a platform to share opinions without meaningful pushback, which has led to an echo chamber of “preaching to the choir" kind of effect and fans aren't really given fair, contradicting dialogue. And what happens is, the only time we see an opposing view is when it's presented in a disrespectful, derogatory way online. There's no reason for name-calling, insults, or disrespectful language to be used in a discussion about football. It's never that serious. People who behave like this should reconcile within themselves for why they engage in that manner. At the same time, a lot of modern podcasts and football discussions have grown increasingly stale because they're filled with a concentrated barrage of axioms, cliches, fallacies, myths, and biases because of the lack of contradictory dialogue. This is coming from what I believe are some of the smartest, brightest, best of the best ball knowers in the industry. They know their shit. At the same time, when was the last time you saw your favorite analyst get their beliefs or evaluations challenged in an insightful, respectful manner? Where is the smart football discourse happening? Where's the passion? I don't mean in a "you have this guy ranked here, I have him ranked a few spots lower. Agree to disagree I guess" way. I mean a genuine back and forth with two people sharing completely contradicting ideas and evaluations that allows for the passion to come out. Let's see the emotion. If you can find it then show it to me because I've been searching for it and would love to see it.

Excuse my ignorance on this. What year did we start letting 9 year olds take leads & steal bases? When we were 12 foot had to be on the base. Stealing at 9 years old & taking leads might be the dumbest thing to date I have seen on a baseball field at any level.
