Somewhat related but in all my history of XIV world racing we have had maybe 5 women apply out of hundreds of applicants. I do think it'd be cool to see more but dont know what would need to change to make that happen.

One day I would love to see the Race to World First teams with a diverse set of raiders Women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQIA+ Community can and DO play WoW at a high level, and one day I'd love the teams AND Casters to reflect that
