I made $51k in 18 days from one YouTube channel but lost it all.. This was December, days to Christmas, and the target for that channel was to hit $100k that month. I was improving on the algorithm positioning and mapping as the channel got to $5k/day. But then, it happened. INAUTHENTIC content! Seeing that amount and knowing you made this, but it's gone, I felt bad.. still feeling bad. But I was more concerned about still getting the pay for the previous month as it happened a few days to 21st. Well, it came. The amount was OK to make me feel less disturbed coupled with the fact that I still have other channels doing well. I thought that phase was over.. another bomb! Accounts related to that channel were suspended. Over 70% of my earnings on YouTube, gone. I was only left with channels in the high budget niches I wasn't paying much attention to due to the efforts and resources it keeps demanding from me. What did I do next? I acknowledge the mistakes. The niche was more of AI. AI isn't all the problem. But how it was used. From the voice over(that many can find and use sporadically, clone), to script that many can easily get the structure and keep replicating in thousands, to title formats that many can easily use same, to lots of other factors. The next question is the way forward? Should I continue with that niche but improve on the quality of the work or focus on the medium to high budget niches I already have monetised channels in? I made the decision, even though it requires more effort and lots of short sleep. And the game has been better than how we played it before. More $. You don't need to kill your ego as a trader. You need to harness it. Tie your ego not to being right, but to proper execution of proven processes. Your aim shouldn't be to argue opinions and have the market prove you right, but to execute correctly and grow your equity curve.

Make your trading system as simple and mechanical as possible . Have a checklist that makes your approach easier and this checklist has to contain → what you want to see → where you want to see it → when you want to see it
