@monzo Dispute is not a great word to use with victims of fraud. I'm sure the many suffering would appreciate clearer communication, I'm told people have been waiting 6 months on fraud payments, with many not getting refunds at all. Other banks pay within 24 hours.

@monzo A rough timeline? hours, days, weeks, months, years? 'can't give an exact timeframe' is the same response everyone gets on chat and that is not clear or effective communication. What happens if you don't 'recover' the money, aren't banks supposed to protect against fraud?
