@GramazonFBA Similar situation and it took 10 weeks to resolve, play it safe and focus on optimizing other areas of the business that aren't sourcing/purchasing.

Current dilemma. Amazon are withholding my disbursements for revivification and I have no idea when this will be resolved. Do I ... 1. Stop purchasing and accept February is going to be write off? 2. Keep buying stock and sending into FBA and have faith it will work out?

@ArbitrageAS I pay myself a little under 9k, that way you don't have to faff around with the company being obliged to pay NI contributions.

By far, the biggest downfall to selling on Amazon is the shambolic seller support. Recently my disbursements were suspended pending passing a very simple verification process. It took them 3 months, resulting in a ruined Q4 and this monster withdrawal!

The last 6 weeks have been really strange in learning the escalation process on the customer side of Amazon works I’ve easily sent over 100 long, well formatted emails and made countless phone calls escalating the issue. This was the email that got my account unlocked…

@jonny_arbitrage Had the same issue. Went back and forth for a month. Spoke to account manager at amazon which helped get my business account unblocked

@HarryFBA Cases, but recently paid an agency to compose a proper appeal which was sent to a few amazon emails they gave me directly. Can share if you want but they are to the internal kyc teams. all the best too

Yeah mate, unfortunately I did this when I first started and when I heard of other sellers getting banned I set up a new account. I sent items under that email to a prep centre over 18 months ago but it has tied me and other people who have used that prep centre address in to having our accounts closed. Under section 13, using organisations that aren’t affiliated to your business (aka an end consumer) can have your account closed. I can prove with invoices that I used it as a prep service but that isn’t obviously straightforward with Amazon’s customer service 😅

At 13.99% I think I'll pass Jeff, insane capital available though which is never a bad thing If the right opportunities present themselves. Content with growing organically at the moment without leveraging debt. @ATA__UK
