They should have left Newt’s story after the first Fantastic Beast film. He never should have been a part of the “Crimes of Grindelwald,” nor should it have had the “Fantastic Beasts” title attached to it.

NOT WHAT SHE SAID AT ALL. In the actual quote, Rowling merely questioned whether Ron and Hermione would have been a good couple. There is nothing said about Harry and Hermione whatsoever. This clearly means that Rowling is happy with the end game she wrote for Harry and Ginny, and did not have any desire to pair Harry and Hermione. Here’s the quote: “I wrote the Hermione/Ron relationship as a form of wish fulfillment. That’s how it was conceived, really; for reasons that have very little to do with literature and far more to do with me clinging to the plot as I first imagined it…If I’m absolutely honest, distance has given me perspective on that. It was a choice I made for very personal reasons, not for reasons of credibility.” Pathetic click bait and fake news from this account.

I’m still so curious how the HBO series will deal with Hogwarts. Will they keep a similar design, or will they try to make something entirely new? Personally I would make something new to allow the show to be separate from the movies and be its own thing.

If you think James Potter is worse than Snape, you're delusional, and here’s why (get ready for an in depth breakdown): It’s true that James bullied Snape when they were kids, but Snape took part in this rivalry as well. Snape disliked James because he was jealous of him. He envied James’s popularity, but meanwhile, he spent his time practicing the dark arts with other future Death Eaters. There’s a reason he wasn’t popular...People saw that he was a bad person. That’s why so many people at Hogwarts enjoyed seeing James bully Snape, they felt he deserved it. Snape did that to himself. (Even Lily called Snape out for wanting to join the Death Eaters). Snape became angry with James because he stole the girl he loved (even though Lily never saw him in that way). But James didn’t steal her…Snape called her a Mudblood, the wizard equivalent of a racial slur, in front of half the school. James didn’t steal her, she wrote Snape off because of his own disgusting actions. Lily saw James mature in their 7th year, and as did Dumbledore, making him Head Boy of Gryffindor when he wasn’t even a prefect (which is unheard of). Dumbledore knew everything that went on at Hogwarts, so if he saw a change in James, you know there was a major shift in his character. When they were adults, Snape became a Wizard Nazi, and while some might say that James’s bullying drove him down this path, that’s just not true. Snape started down this path a long time ago during his early school days. Everybody saw that he was obsessed with the dark arts, and it was no surprise to anyone that he, and all the kids he hung out with, became Death Eaters after school. And even if James’s bullying DID affect Snape, a high school bully doesn’t have the power to make you swear your allegiance to a murderous dictator. No amount of bullying could EVER make a person do this if they didn't have it in them from the start. While Snape joined a Wizard Nazi group, James joined the Order of the Phoenix to fight the Nazi group Snape was a part of. He joined the good side and risked his life to protect the rest of the Wizarding World from Voldemort and his evil Death Eaters. Snape then played a huge part in James’s death. He told Voldemort about a prophecy, which happened to be about James’s son. Snape was going to let Voldemort kill the whole family until he realized Lily, a girl who hadn’t spoken to him since he was 16, was involved. Snape then went to Dumbledore and asked him to protect Lily, but said he didn’t care if James and Harry died (which made Dumbledore say that Snape disgusted him). James died protecting his family, and died a hero. Meanwhile, Snape changed sides because he was obsessed with a girl who he called a racial slur, and who probably hadn’t given him a second thought since that incident. It was creepy on Snape’s part. While everyone commemorated James’s heroic death, Snape became a teacher at Hogwarts, spending his days bullying children AS AN ADULT. People fault James for bullying another kid, but Snape bullied innocent children AS A GROWN MAN. He bullied his student Neville Longbottom so badly (even trying to kill his toad Trevor at one point), that Snape, Neville’s own teacher, was his GREATEST FEAR. When Harry came to school, Snape tormented the boy because of a grudge he had in High School, meaning he still held a grudge against a man who he essentially helped murder by giving Voldemort the prophecy (and who he was okay with letting die as long as Lily lived). A good man would feel at least SOME guilt for this, BUT NOT Snape. It’s true that Snape tried to save Harry in his first year, but this wasn’t because he felt guilty about having his father killed. It was because he felt he owed James a debt for saving his life when they were kids, and once he thought they were even, it allowed him to “go back to hating James in peace.” This was not heroic whatsoever. It was selfish, immature, and psychopathic. I will admit that Snape was brave for going behind Voldemort’s back, but his reason for doing this negates all of that. The fact that his inspiration for this was his “love” for Lily is concerning. He hadn’t spoken to Lily since he called her a Mudblood 22 years ago…His last memory of her was a 16 year old girl, while he was a 38 year old man. Most would have moved on a few months later, but NOT SNAPE. His obsession with Lily for so many years is alarming. He died a brave man, but also died as a pathetic hero who shouldn’t be commemorated the way James, a true hero was.

Ok I saw the video and I want to bring up. I think you sound too harsh on Snape’s fans. There are some good valid reasons (well not perfect reasons but it still valid) why they like snape as a character. So you might want to tone that down in the future. Hope you see this
