@GamingSinceNES That's either a problem or something potentially good... Looks like it's a problem for many, hahahah!

I'm quite literally arguing with people that think something running on a 4k display is the same as something displayed in 4k. This is wild. Now I understand Twitter lol.
Re9 is a 1080p game that is running on your 4k TV. That doesn't mean the game is being displayed in 4k.

360-540p internal and upscaled to 1080p when docked but I guess who cares people will believe anything online lol

@CrimsonDesert_ Bro that game intro is so trash.
How can a group of barbarians be the protector of the entire world? And rightly so they got slaughtered by another group of barbarians. The story in this game is not good at all.. so far.

@GamingSinceNES Wha?! 😁I heavily criticized their marketing about base console footage, was concerned about certain open-world environmental designs (among other things), but was always interested. I also bought it on PC, haha! 😏

Great video by Daniel Owen clarifying Nvidia's DLSS 5 tech and what it actually does to games... by asking an Nvidia directly marketing rep directly. A real eye opener and has some contradictions to what Nvidia is telling people in their marketing.

YEAH! CALL THESE JOURNALIST OUT!
THERE'S NOTHING WORSE THAN A JOURNALIST IN GAMING THAN A...
Oh...
Luke Stephens@LukeStephens
@LegacyKillaHD I predicted after the preview that this is one that game journalists will loathe. There is zero hand holding and even at the preview event I witnessed several journalists from big outlets getting stuck in the tutorial puzzle for 45 plus minutes...

@Beastiarii @werty2346 @PeterP_1985 He likely brokered the deal with Sony to have his game released on PC. Sony could have backed out, but didn't.
English

@Beastiarii @werty2346 @PeterP_1985 What is the relevance of publishing rights? There isn't any dude. Again, research. Kojima has full control and ownership of the IP. It won't be with Sony's help, but if he wanted it to go to XB, he could do that with another publisher like 505 Games (the did DS1 on PC and XB).

English

This is not happening.
If Sony made $2.4b on Steam, they would make significantly less putting games on PC less Steam (and presumably less GOG, EGS as well).
Not paying Steam that 30% would not make up the loss of volume sales.

Latest rumors. - Sony will sell their PC games on their own store. - Some think Wolverine may release day 1 on PC, but will require a Sony launcher and PSN account. ---> This way they can avoid PC Games on Helix. A PSN launcher have been rumored for years already...

@JMaine518 Thanks dude. Just good to give credit to someone's work. Sorry if I came across as disrespectful. That wasn't my intent.
English

@Beastiarii @werty2346 @PeterP_1985 Again, DS1 appeared on Xbox back in 2024. They did that because they solely own the IP. Sony pays the bills, but Kojima can negotiate where he wants his game to be. It belongs to him. If it belonged to Sony, DS2 would not have gone to PC like Yotei isn't. Kojima has more control.
English

@Beastiarii @werty2346 @PeterP_1985 Did you reqad the article? Sony doesn't own the IP, they are just publishing it. You do know that companies can publish, but not own, right? Activision published Sekiro, but they don't own the IP. Same thing. And while you are right in most cases, DS isn't one of them.
