@wizzair I’ve just been charged $48 at Athens airport because I did not check in online… I attempted to check in on the app 24 hrs and 22 hrs before the flight and it would not allow me. I have screen shot of my search history and the error message on the app. How to refund?

I was asked to tell them what version my app- impossible when the app disappears from my Screen as soon as I log in. We can’t be the only people with issues

@VirginAtlantic your app has not been working for a while now - I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still disappears from screen once you’ve logged in- please advise as very frustrating

Hearing about problems with antigen test kits not being delivered again by @quredhealth - anyone found their kits not turning up as promised? Are test providers again overwhelmed and failing to deliver? Literally.

@CrazyCarl9 @VirginAtlantic Needs with rebooking requests either by phone or chat is despicable. It’s the most infuriating experience. Twice I’ve had 3 hour call waits dropped. I am currently on chat after 3 drops. You can’t keep blaming shite service on “unprecedented “ times. SORT IT OUT!!!

@VirginAtlantic my call was just dropped after a 2 hour wait to cancel a return flight you canceled/changed by 7 hours. Worst airline customer service I’ve ever experienced. No call back system and no online ability to cancel is outrageous.

@CrazyCarl9 @VirginAtlantic Both either drop the call or drop the chat. On the chat you may get thru, only to find after ages of@back and forth messages you get dropped and have to start the whole process again. @VirginAtlantic have always been great in the past but their failure to meet customer

@CrazyCarl9 @VirginAtlantic I can save you the hassle @Crazycarl9 - this is what will happen, you’ll dm virgin, they’ll tell you they can’t help and that you’ll have to call back again. They’ll also offer u the option of the chat bot for re bookings. Both phone & chat defective & don’t work. 1 of 2

@VirginAtlantic please can you clarify what time your call centre is@open until? Just on hold for 3 hours since 5 and the phone went dead. The last time this happened I was told your call centre is 24hours@
