@FlySafair when your airline is no longer on time anymore so you park at Cargo!!! Ridiculous. Crew were horrid. Capt couldn't open is mouth. Worst flight ever with FlySafair!!!

@FNBSA what you are not going to do is try to scam me. I booked my flights through your app. My flight is already accepting check-ins and my status is "Make payment" on the @FlySafair app and "No bookings" on yours, yet you took my money. I want my money toe!!! Appalling service!

@FlySafair @Tzoro1 They are thieves. Never received my R90 double charge refund after a year. Just always emails how it's been escalated. One can't keep fighting for R90 so just gave up. The crooks won.

There is nothing that upsets me more than people playing games and fleecing us as the unsuspecting public. So, on the 5th of May 2026, @FlySafair cancelled flights to East London and probably did the right thing for safety. What is unacceptable though is they have this policy of doing refunds between 7-21 days. My reference is ZDZMAK - I hired a car and drove and had unforeseen expenses all the way from Jhb because I had a meeting to get to the following morning. I called yesterday that my refund had been approved and deposited into my account on the 13th(8 days later) and was made to feel grateful that it took 8 days!! Today the 15th it's not in my account FNB to FNB @firstnatbankgh I was patient & now I am pissed off!😡 When I called this morning an unpleasant Zona tells me it was approved and must wait for another 7-21 days for processing!! This is a scam by @FlySafair now using the public's cash for extra interest and benefitting - imagine how many people were affected by the cancellations!! This is now worse and is 7-29 days!!I want my refund no later than today or else I shall be relentless here and on all other social media platforms!!😤😡😤

Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion caused during your recent interactions with our team. To clarify, your refund was approved and processed on 13 May 2026. Once a refund has been processed on our side, the time it takes to reflect in your account is dependent on the banking system’s processing time frames, even between accounts with the same bank. 1/2
