I saw the post flying around of the lady that said she had to block a friend because she saw that this friend was making so much progress and she was jealous So she blocked her for her own piece of mind because it bothered her so much I smiled because it reminded me of something that happened to me Before I got married I was like the designated bridesmaids for many people I remember one where I was invited to be one of the bridesmaids and I knew that I was way older than the bride. Of course I was happy for my sister in Christ getting married but it reminded me that this beautiful thing had not happened for me too I felt so embarrassed. I kept thinking about how people would be looking at me at the wedding. Especially all those mummies that will be giving you the “eya” looks as if you’re leprous or something. I knew I was going to get an earful of “we will come and eat rice very soon in Jesus name” I did not like how this joyful thing happening for this sister was making me feel at all. And I knew that I could refuse to attend and dodge the emotional hassle I chose the opposite. I had to tell myself that I would rejoice with someone when it was her time. My time would come too And so I went and I danced and I rejoiced with her I’m sharing this with Christians in the house Yes, you can feel that twinge in your heart when something good is happening for someone else Especially when it’s something you are waiting to happen for you too. Sometimes it’s not even that you’re not happy for that person, you’re just wondering whe it would be your turn. You wonder if God has forgotten you. You wonder if there’s a curse on your own life You wonder if you’re not good enough or deserving And you feel embarrassed especially if it’s happening in your community and you wonder if people look at you as a failure The feeling is valid But you can’t let it rule you You can’t let it dictate how you treat people You have to trust to Holyspirit to give you ways to quash it in its tracks Because how many people will you block? We don’t all hit milestones at the same time So you become a witch in a corner seething because someone reached there first? Will you start cutting off your whole family or friends anything they attain a height you haven’t attained yet? You may have to be ready to cut the whole world off then More than speaking in tongues, these are areas in your life where the Holyspirit works These are areas you should invite him into Because jealousy is the first step towards witchcraft o Blessings PS: Let me also add here that the more you exercise discipline in areas of character, the more you heart learns and grows. It’s like a muscle that is strengthened with practice.

These days I don’t mince words when I’m speaking about certain things I say it like it is Anyone that is not grown enough to hear things like sex, breast etc should not have a phone in the first place While we are keeping things PG, the devil is stealing the next generation One of the biggest gifts my mother gave me was to tell me everything first before I heard it outside My mum sat me down as an 11 year old and gave me the download She told me about boys She told me about my emotions and how I would start “crushing “ She told me about my body and how it was changing in the light of scripture and society So when the floodgates of puberty opened, I was ready. When men saw me in the streets and thought they saw me”mumu” they could eat for lunch, my mum had gone ahead Infact, me and my mum were using them as gist to bond Dear Christian parent, leaders, youth ministers, mentors, counselor, coaches, Go there with them before the world and the devil does Let our young people be free with us. Let your children be able to tell you anything. Laugh with them about it. Normalize talks about sex. Normalize talking about the opposite gender with them. Safely. With light of scriptures. As I enter husband house, something very interesting happened. Me and chairman were invited for an event. As we got ready to leave the house, I just noticed we were running behind Time was flying fast and I was just hurrying because this was a big event and I didn’t want us to go late. I kept hurrying and hurrying When we got there, I just looked at my time. We were actually just on time Like we got there perfectly on time I was wondering what happened because when I looked at the time when we were at home, the clock was showing that we were running late I looked at my husband and was like “Babe it seems the miracle of time standing still for Joshua has happened again o because I don’t understand how we were late and now are on time” Man looked at me and just said “Ohhhhhhh babe I thought you knew, I always set the clock in the house a few minutes ahead so I can always be early for events.” Then he said something I found profound “He said the clock at home was set ahead by me o” But if you check the Master universal clock, that one is always right and you’ll be on time” Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh This thing echoed in my spirit How many times do we panic and run around in life because we are trying to meet up with the time society and other people set?? You think you’re running late because you’re looking at the man made time There’s a Master Time holder He holds time in His hands He knows the perfect time for everything to work out for you My Bible tells me that ”he can Restore every year that the canker worm has eaten” Do you even understand what I’m saying? You’re the one that is panicking God is just looking at you wondering because everything is happening according to His plan Dear child of God God has asked me to tell you to REST Help me tell that Aunty there to REST Today, yesterday and tomorrow are His servants He can rewind, fast forward or pause any of them so that His will for you can be achieved You’ll reach your destiny in life and you’ll discover that you’re just “ON TIME” Your God holds Time in His hand Again I say unto you, REST! #womanengraced
