3v3 is a nice support as I fundamentally agree with the philosophy of maximising touches + ball confidence via small drills (if you can)
The Principles will be useful as my group age + need help to understand the game. Also relevant for FMers 👍🏻

@Shrewnaldo I had this exact thing a few FMs ago and I was the senior club too but we shared facilities with a smaller club and it prevented me from improving them. Get that affiliate gone!

@FM_Samo good shout, just checked and we have an affiliate called E.F. Mareo Logroño whose "youth players share training facilities with Sporting Gijón". But we're the senior affiliate so surely we are in charge of the facilities?
Plus there's the weird affiliate style B-team

Does anyone know why, in my Sporting #fm24 save, I've never been able to ask the board to improve the youth training facilities?
This is the first save I've ever had where this has just never been an option and I have no idea why

Man United signed Viktor Gyokeres for €49m and rather than rush to sign any striker to replace him I waited. I feel like I got the right man months later in the January transfer window.
