Exciting news! The last publication I briefly led during my Post-doc is now available! cell.com/cell/fulltext/… is an invaluable resource collapsing personal genomes and multi-omics data. Looking forward to learning what findings this resource will allow! Huge collective effort.

Excited to announce that "The EN-TEx resource of personal epigenomes & variant impact models" just came out: Cell.com/cell/fulltext/…. The paper represents the culmination of many years of work by >100 authors & has lots of useful information about allele-specific activity.
