I spy with my little eye... a new IDO of @Blackwater_Town coming 👁 Built on @BuildOnBeam, by @MeritCircle_IO. You need to sum up all your trickery for this one 😈 In this social deduction cross-platform game it pays to be deceitful... are you up for the challenge? Your intuition and ability to trust (or not!) will be seriously put to the test. You are invited to enter the magical Castle of Blackwater, with your party of up to 15 challengers with one common goal: to survive. Players are assigned a random faction to begin with: ✨ The Protectors: they are on the good side, and want to solve as many tasks as they can in the given time period to unlock the magical secrets inside the castle. ✨ The Satanic: their name says it all. They will try to prevent protectors from finishing their quests and kill them. ✨ The Forgotten: they work for both sides, depending on what is best for them as individuals. But here comes the first trick: only you know which faction you belong to! As the game evolves, you have to try to reach the goals of your faction, but not do it in a way that other players can easily discover which side you're on. At the end of each round, players gather at the entrance of the castle, get to accuse each other and proceed to vote. To win, you and your faction must achieve different goals. Protectors must complete a given number of tasks, thus accumulating experience, Satanic faction need to eliminate all Protectors, and the Forgotten are given individual goals. The beta season is already LIVE, it features the casual mode, with the ranked mode in the development plan for the upcoming months. Castle of Blackwater has a dual-token system: ▪️$COBS is the SPEND token, used to rent characters and influence your role selection. ▪️$COBE is the ECOSYSTEM token, used to buy characters, and premium cosmetics. No one knows if you'll be on the side of good, evil, or somewhere in between… but we want you on the IDO side! The Private Round starts a week from now, so you can register TODAY for the IDO 😉

Uncovered a gem in playtesting - @Blackwater_Town's social deduction game that will be launching on the Beam subnet. This is the perfect game for a community game night or a game night with friends. Thought I had the upper hand here, but was quickly humbled by what I thought was a harmless protector. They are currently doing some updates to the game so keep an eye on them for the next round of playtesting opening in Nov!
