My approach to GW37: I am 24 pts off the Top 10k, and so with safety lag need ~30 points of positive variance to reach my goal. Keane, Ndiaye and Palmer are all great EV with sub 10% EO and so will keep all. I will start Verbruggen and Van Hecke and bench DCL for COVAR (1/6)

GW36 review 14k > 11k 🌍 3FT 2.5ITB 🏦 87 points overall and a 3 point green arrow up to 11k, Top 10k fully in sight. Really going to have to look at ownership going forward. Hoping for @SolioAnalytics to have a pod this week going over EV and stacking.

A single minute for haaland would be fine

@FPLOceann223 Yeah, he’s proven he’s got haul potential. Looked good in the Arsenal game and is very strong on BPS. Looking at him over or in addition to Keane. 4/5 back might be the way for the last 2 weeks

@FPLPommy Found this by searching Mavropanos lol. I’m thinking of doing the same, he’s been a huge defensive threat as well as set piece potential too. Plus West Ham wants to avoid relegation I can only hope lol

GW36 Somehow going to end on a red arrow whilst having haaland TC. Transfer plans for next week, using 2FT to stay flexible in 38. 3rd Arsenal and a Everton defender will be popular. I’m thinking of moving early on westham, particularly Mavropanos. Guys got haul potential

I’ll make one final positional data post this week for both GW37+38 combined. It’s been interesting to see how this data has done over the past few weeks! Obviously some failures but quite a lot of successes too. Nothing is ever guaranteed but I think it’s been useful? #FPL

@FPLSopho could you explain EV, I somewhat understood your post in a simplistic view but I’m not overly sure I’ve got the right idea. I transferred in KDH in 36, meaning a return would be worth more due to the ownership of Palace Def? With the narrative change, any new ideas ?

My approach to GW36-38: I am chipless, ranked 17k, 15 points off the Top 10k. ~38% of managers around me have TC available, and ~21% of managers around me have BB available (per @LiveFPLnet). The EV disadvantage here can be approximated at (0.38*14) + (0.21*15) =8. (1/8)

My thinking with Ndiaye was he’s a huge differential that not only lets me back against Palace defenders, but also goes all in against them with an attacker. Plus he has SUN (h) next week. Quite tempted by Keane instead of an Arsenal defender for the differential play too in 37. Alas, I kept Tavernier because I am boring. Still hope Ndiaye wipes the clean sheet.
