@FPLmatty_ Could be, but those names still turn heads🤩 so you can’t blame us Gunners for feeling let down when we get Madueke instead of Rodrygo or Eze…it’s kinda like getting socks for Xmas when you were in expecting a PS5, something that you need in the long run over something you want.

Why don't Arsenal fans want Madueke? He has potential to be an England regular is a few seasons. He can play on the left and right, so will not necessarily be sat on the bench behind Saka. Also gives them the option to switch things up so they are not so predictable.

@GeezaFpl Those other targets could be paper talk. In an ideal world everyone would sign all the best players in the world. But its way more complex than that. Mudueke is a quality player. £50M could end up being a decent deal in my opinion. Is he a very under rated player.

@FPLmatty_ Think it’s not that we don’t want him but what’s the expense? Are we missing out on a Rodrygo or a Eze because we’ve gone for Madueke? And now that Chels have sold Mads can they now strengthen their pursuit of Rodrygo? So while their upgrading were getting their sloppy seconds😂

@LFCEZ_ @AllFutbolMX @CLMerlo How can you say the championship is dropping in quality. Birmingham and Wrexham have come up spending fortunes. The 3 going down will have parachute payments. There are multiple teams that will be pushing for play-offs. The championship improves year on year.
