I was reminded this morn that everything is energy. The more you focus on something, the more energy you feed it, the more it will grow - whether it's through love, fear or hate. My little intention for today: To focus my attention and energy on things I wish to grow ♥️🌱

... I'm excited that we're focused on real change; to seek the help and wisdom from as many people as possible - because we still know very little. I'm keen to share our learnings (most likely all the F-ups) with other businesses who want to grow profitably AND inclusively.

⚠️honest feelings: I'm sad we didn't do this 2 years ago when working with @megalightheart. I'm so glad we've invested the time to work through it properly now. This isn't a HR dept thing. The ppl responsible for driving & shaping this represent all areas @Vanti, which I ♥️...

Pretty sure @MastinKipp is becoming my new best audiobook friend. "Claim Your Power" is *just* what I've needed to hear. Recommend for anyone who feels stuck or relying on survival patterns such as distraction, addiction, perfectionism, procrastination, needing approval...
