@ClausFried83193 @PIRATEN_Saar Es gibt gute Gründe Klarnamen, Ausweisdokumente und ID-Scans nicht im Internet preizugeben. Die DSGVO wäre eine davon, Identitätsdiebstahl eine andere. Keine Klarnamen != Unbekannt, ISP's können gerichtlich jederzeit um Herausgabe persönlicher Daten gezwungen werden.

@welt Drucker hinterlassen Machine Identification Code (MIC) auf den Ausdrucken. Das könnte man problemlos für Deepfakes auch machen. Es kann nur um ein Verbreitungsverbot gehen, niemals um eine Erziehung zu einem bestimmten Rollenverhalten durch Kriminalisierung von Fantasien.
