@FREEZE64UK Imagine (ahahahaha) playing it without the extra weapon because you don't realise it's activated by the space bar. Yes, that's me (and my brother)...

@njpixelgaming I never saw this in an arcade. Anyone play it in the arcade and then on a C64? If so, how is the port compared to the arcade?

@FREEZE64UK You know, Vinniy, I'm quite enviuos of your collection. I would positively buy a couple tapes, but shipping is 100% of the tape price to me...

Power Drift (1989) Commodore 64. Who is a fan? "All the action. All the fun. And all the rude competition—from Jason the Skinhead to Jeronimo the Mohican—of SEGA's arcade racing sensation. POWER DRIFT. 25 tracks take you to all kinds of terrain... through brightly-lit city nightscapes... over treacherous mud-mounds and snow-slick asphalt... cresting over hills and around blind turns into the face of—who knows? The burning rubber. The flying dust. The hair-raising collisions, stomach-churning end-overs, and 360 spin-outs. Plus a blood-pounding soundtrack to urge you on, harder, harder, harder. POWER DRIFT. Strap yourself in." - Back of Commodore 64 box.

@wizards_magic I played my first game under the obelisk in piazza del popolo, Rome. I tapped my serra angel. It was Italian black border and unsleeved.

We want to know this too! We've seen Magic deep underground, in the arctic, in the mosh pit; where's the most out-there place you've seen games? (Bonus points if you too have played Magic in an infinitely-large indoor nightmare space full of horrors. You know who you are.)
Star City Games@StarCityGames

This game of Magic was played 6800 feet underground! 😮 What's the strangest place you've played? 🤔 #MTG Thanks for sharing, u/manahydra7!

@FRM16 They are numbered in some way for sure, but I don't know if the order would include speccy and amstrad etc.. so Dizzy would be 1085, 1086 and 1087? Whereas Hit Squad is specifically numbered. 🤷

When cassette drawers appear on eBay for a good price... rude not to! Enough space for my C64 Codemasters set and the gaps where I have games missing. #C64 #commodore64

The brilliant "A Pig's Quest" - such is life (c'est la vie?), I haven't really had the chance to play much of this little modern-day #C64 #PixelArt #IndieDev gem. GAME ON! Video, or stream..? Dual Stream, Highlander!

@porttipahta @CharlesHawn66 Never had this problem, as the ball is bigger when up and it makes a nice "tunf" sound when it hit the ground. Rebounder hasn't the sound and it's more difficult for this (Charles, didn't tell you this on fb for my instant review 🤣)

@CharlesHawn66 For some reason, my brain just doesn't work with that one. Couldn't get into rhythm, ie. properly figure when the friggin ball actually is in "down" position. Frustrating as hell 😁... Maybe I'll try one more time.

Bounder is a 1985 Action, Strategy, Top-down game designed by Robert Toone. It was published by Gremlin Graphics in the UK & Mastertronic in NA. You navigate 10 levels as a bouncing tennis ball with a bonus screen at the end of each level #C64 #Commodore64 #Commodore #retrogaming
