Is it manager bonus time? The hard push for all the little stupid metrics is insane. Like after EVERY interaction, a manager "touches base" about what happened and what you did or didn't do with that cx.

I guess guidance for relating iPhone repairs to neighboring stores in the same district has changed and you are no longer going to be able to do that without manager approval. Gotta love how much the fruit stand is no longer pro customer anymore…

@InFROPHell We have not been doing that here. Honestly that practice is probably the reason we have such a shortage of WUR parts with them just sitting idly in case a repair fails at a lot of stores.
