Our annual "Introduction to Frame Running" course will be held at Pitreavie Athletics Centre on Sunday, 5th November 2023. The course introduces all aspects of frame running through a blend of presentations and practical sessions. Please see course flyer below ⬇️

🌍📣 GAVIN SETS A NEW 400m WORLD RECORD 📣🌍 @Gav_DrysdaleRR stormed to a new RR3 400m World Record at the @4JStudios @scotathletics Championships in Aberdeen. His time of 73.46 lowered his previous WR mark 74.06 🙌 Huge congratulations to Gavin and his coach David Phee 👏

This race took place 3 years ago, a few days after my coach Janice had died. I was unsure if I wanted to race. Then I remembered Janice used to say to me regardless of what’s happening, you can only do your best and that’s all someone can ever ask of you ❤️ @scotathletics

We are super proud of Ian Duncan and Matthew Doig who have represented Scotland at the Frame Running Development Camp & International Cup in Denmark this week 🇩🇰 Ian finished the week with 3 PB’s & 4 gold medals 🥇🥇🥇🥇 and Matthew finished with 5 PB’s & 3 silver medals 🥈🥈🥈

Wow can’t believe it’s almost 10 years since I represented Scotland at the European Para Youth Games in Czech Republic 🇨🇿 This was one of my favourite international competitions. We made so many fun memories which is really important especially when you are a young athlete 🤩🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
