No and no. If I look at the last few years, @im_OHNE's first communication with me was a well targeted cold email. @enter5ive was a direct application, @HipFireGames came to a meet and greet I did, and I saw @letsenhance_io pitch at @DigiFF. Great companies come from everywhere.
