DeLuz Outdoor School hosted the staff from MCC today for a morning of hiking, archery, learning about the local environment, and some friendly competitions.

1st part of our 2 part field trip to DeLuz. Ss learned to survive in the wilderness by making bags, creating an ember, building a shelter, archery, rope tying, making cordage out of yucca leaves, and ropes out of duct tape. Full engagement and fun! #teamfuesd @WilliamHFrazie2

@MGoodman2020's SMLA students had a fabulous day at Mannah Gbeh's Apple Blossom Farm, learning about farming. Students were introduced to how to keep a farm sustainable and profitable. #TeamFUESD
