@StephandSec I've worked on teams where I was in the office and we all just did our own thing and I was lonely. And I've worked on teams where I was fully remote and we bonded and had strong connections. I INFINITELY prefer being fully remote

Something I've been chewing on for a long time now. I think delegation is basically broken in a lot of modern orgs. We try to do it, but it doesn't actually work. The roles and expectations have shifted such that you can't actually hand other people work to do.
