In 2021, our ♥️-Transplant and VAD teams had a historically busy year. They carried out 48 transplant evals & listed 31 patients - double the numbers from 2020. The VAD team also supported a record number of patients (17) as a bridge to transplant or for chronic therapy. Go team!
