@PaulLantos No given commercially available IgG is not a test of serologic correlate of protection and freq miss the lower levels of neutralizing antibodies in vaccinated. Very high efficacy/immunogenicity 2 dose series even in children with leukemia etc. See Plotkins Vaccines chapter.
