The problem is that my sister used to save money on my Mobile Money account, and over time it had grown to UGX 2 million and last Friday, my girlfriend withdrew all the money and disappeared. Her phone numbers are switched off, and I have no way of reaching her. When I contacted her parents, they said they hadn't seen or heard from her in a long time.
