@glennsumi I have and I do go to the theatre alone. I honestly don't mind and you generally can't talk during a live show anyway. The only downside is not being able to discuss and debrief post show. Though sometimes you just want to go home and it's nice to not feel obligated to be social!

Theatregoers: I’m writing a piece on attending shows alone, which I do a lot. No hassle, can often get better seats, etc. Do any of you do the same and love it? Or would you NEVER go alone… and why? I draw the line at seeing blockbuster movies on Sat nights alone.
