@Tobias_Ellwood if possible I would like to know how can we meet, even online to discuss the matter. My child and myself are another victims of this stained Family Judicial System.

@Tobias_Ellwood and the court hearing can be reduced notoriously to max 2 full day hearing per matter. If the Court will cross-exam parties and the incompetent Family Court Advisor from Cafcass, many things will be found and mainly the non compliance of Cafcass in their job.

@Tobias_Ellwood the children suffering from separation from one of the parent. This legislation allows mothers to make false and serious allegations, where the Family system think to operate in the best interest of children, instead they're damaging their life. The system and

@Tobias_Ellwood vice-versa, if would have been the father the abducting parent, the judge will forbid the father contact and travels, is not this mother bias? and mainly unfair justice and system? Under the Hague Convention, I do believe that also the wrong retention of a child,

@Tobias_Ellwood in my case the mother abducted internationally our child and after been ordered to return, she relocated secretly in Bournemouth. Judges, don't care about all this and no further preventions are taken for any possible abduction the mother will try to do soon.

@Tobias_Ellwood In this judicial family system we have judges who prefer mothers, and judges who are in favour of a fatherless society. Do you think that mothers can replace father's role in children life? Do you think that father's need to continue to be discriminated?

@Tobias_Ellwood children and fathers. Their decision is only with the aim to support abusive mother and to punish children by taking away their loved fathers. In my case no risks of harms, proven after several malicious allegations of the mother. But my child has been punished.

... a child is abused by his/her mother, and the father reduced the contact, tweeters do not make a single comment, or Cafcass abuse emotionally of father and destroy children's life, tweeters keep the silence. Funking amazing!

... a prince makes a fart, and tweeters comment millions of times.. wow! Not to talk about the media..

It is fucking amazing how this community of Tweeters doesn't give a dam about children. Keep on talking about the former president of US, or about Meghan and Harry, or Prince William taking customer booking in a pub for fun. This is what you are capable of! Gossips!
