Hello @FabKids Here we are 4 days later and I'm being told it's been less than 48hrs since I escalated and to call back. Are you guys kidding me right now???? Either your driver stole my daughters shoes or your incompetent driver went to the wrong place 2x!! And I'm being punished for it. No answer and no resolve 4 days later is ridiculous!!!!!

Dear @FabKids w t f ?!? Who are these people you use to deliver your items? Not once but TWICE delivering my daughters shoes (5 pairs) to the wrong place! I understood the first time and even gave notes for the driver to call me when they arrived. Instead, they deliver to the wrong address again! Who's house is that because it's not mine! Trying to reach a person from "Ontrac" is impossible and I had to sit in a text que for 40 minutes! Only to be told to reach out again to you. For what? To reship them again with the same people who just lost her shoes twice? What kind of nonsense is this?? I need my daughters shoes!!! I originally ordered them November 26th! Be so ffr! Im so upset!!!

@FabKids why is it when I try to go on and cancel my membership because the child I’m buying for now 16 that’s not enough of an excuse? She’s 16. The customer service wants me to just continue to skip?? It says “cancel anytime” my kid being in high school is enough of reason 🙄
